Oracle Payables Support is a worldwide organization in charge of assisting our customers and partners in addressing their questions and issues about Oracle Payables products as main purpose.
The role is a reactive one in the above described activity and a proactive one in writing Knowledge management notes to customers, testing new functionalities, etc..
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor critical service requests
Liaise with engineers and requestors
Call customers for critical service requests
Update the support applications
Report any management issue
QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent English skills
Background in IT or Finance
Exposure to ERPs or financial softwares
Excellent communication skills
