RESPONSABILITATI

Job summary

- Help our users (by e-mail), report and fix different errors and also accomplish different maintenance and testing tasks;
- The customer support specialist will be required to work fixed hours in an evening schedule - from 16:00 to 24:00 otherwise - 5 days/week, in a rotation system that will cover two weekends/month (12:00 to 20:00) and also 4 morning shifts/month.

Education

Any field of study is convenient – e.g.: Social Sciences, Technical Sciences, Economics etc.

Specific technical competences

No previous job experience is necessary;
Good computer use skills and speed;
Very good English, both written and spoken;
Betting and sports experience / knowledge is a plus, but certainly not a must.

Personal competencies

Very good cognitive aptitudes;
Interpersonal qualities (sociability, empathy, flexibility);
Self-management qualities (consciousness, tolerance);
Good work attitude (task orientation, assertiveness).

Languages: Fluency in English
