CALL CENTER:
Provide client specific support;
Handle incoming phone calls and e-mails received;
Diagnose, troubleshoot and solve 1st level Help-Desk issues;
GREEK LANGUAGE IS A MUST.
Degree or student in Computer Science (Automatica - Politehnica/ Cibernetica - Informatica Economica/ Informatica Matematica - Universitate) or Economics;
Good verbal and written communication skills;
Good knowledge of English language;
Good PC and Microsoft office package skills;
Previous experience in a customer service position/support center environment would be an asset;
Open minded, positive attitude (doing his/ her best to get along well with the rest of the team and reporting any issue to the manager when they occur);
Cooperating with the team – asking for help when needed;
Willing to learn and be coached by the process trainer and the team;
Keep a calm mind set while talking to the users over the phone;
