HALO is looking for a talented and experienced person that can build our local market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships. We make priceless websites and powerful enterprise software. You must know the who's who of Bucharest companies that value service, wisdom and quality. The ideal candidate will have two or more years of experience in sales and marketing at one of the top ten advertising and marketing companies in Bucharest.

Key Responsibilities

¿ Travel to USA to meet our clients
¿ Develop existing and new business relationships/customer accounts
¿ Manage monthly appointment activity, sales calls and client relationships
¿ Provide consultation to customers regarding the purchase of both software products and design services
¿ Educate customers on the value and necessity of licensing solutions, branding, internet, and design solutions
¿ Coordinate, support and advance presentations, training and other sales and marketing activities
¿ Work with software and design team management to ensure relevance, quality and speed of client solutions
¿ Work with design and marketing team to develop product and service marketing materials that will have impact on potential and existing clients
¿ Create or draft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word presentations
¿ Write weekly sales and marketing report for HALO management and leadership

Key Qualifications:

¿ Completed University or College Degree (Business focus preferred)
¿ Minimum 1 year in a business development role
¿ Must have general knowledge of the internet, branding, and design
¿ Enthusiastic learner with proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets,
¿ Outstanding communication and presentation skills
¿ Proficient use of MS Office
¿ Great command of written and spoken English
¿ Clean, sharp, and always dressed for success
