RESPONSABILITATI

• Responsible for providing primary technical support on highly complex systems and/or configuration of business rules flow issues. You will provide general technology supportive services for major accounts in a timely manner and within Alvarion’s guidelines.
• Responsible for providing Field Engineering on-site support, trials, network migration activities, upgrades, commissioning, ATP tests, OJT (on job training), formal Alvarion training.
• Provide back office support to other team members.


CERINTE

• 2 years in an international telecommunication company or data communication, in service oriented positions
• Excellent sense of customer service and problem solving
• Deep knowledge in computer communications, LAN, core protocols (TCP/IP, experience with routing protocols, multicast, layer 2 switching, layer 3 routing, MPLS, QOS, VPN, Ethernet, ATM, ISDN, V.5.2, SIP, H323, SNMP, SS7, Radius, DHCP, WiMAX, WiFi)
• Understanding in radio systems, radio modulations (FM, GFSK, OFDM etc.), antennas, measurement equipment for computers and radio systems
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications, ability to write reports and technical documentations
• Preferably Cisco, Juniper certified candidates
• Ability to work with limited supervision
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent English communication skills (directly and on the phone)
• Willing to travel to Africa 40% of the working time
