BASIC PURPOSE:
To offer an efficient, prompt service, oriented towards supporting and increasing sales to customers, according to the requirements and procedures of the company, as to maximize the contribution of the department to reaching the proposed revenue targets.
Providing customer support for sorting out any problem occurred for the clients during the provision of the services or for starting using the services:
• Providing prompt support to clients via telephone, Skype, email, online chat system and any other communications channel used by the company in relations with the clients.
• The first telephone contact with a potential client shall follow-up the following issues:
• Obtaining as much information as possible regarding the respective person and case
• Obtaining as much relevant information as possible regarding the services already provided.
The Clients Support Agents shall update the database whenever needed with each case.
To accurately and fully record the details of each case treated to the database;
To use all the information received (client’s account, e-mails, written documents, etc.) as to be able to provide accurate and complete information to the clients;
To identify any sales opportunities, record sales-leads, providing all the required information; the problems/emergencies shall be immediately notified to the manager;
To transfer the call to the competent person if this is the case or leave a message in due time when transfer is not possible;
Previous Customer support experience
- Fluent in English
- Ability to multitask (logging queries while speaking with customers)
- PC skills (Microsoft, Windows, ERPs)
- Basic aptitude for learning technical concepts essential
- Excellent interpersonal, communications and time management skills
- Ability to work on own initiative but also as part of a team
- Good verbal and written communication skills are required
