Assisting the Customer Support Representatives;
Handling escalated tickets, account issues, code problems;
Assisting and deputising the Team Leader;
Troubleshooting and researching technical and gaming issues;
Taking responsibility for developing own product knowledge for all client products;
Assisting with development and delivering the training programmes;
Ensuring that client escalation procedures are adhered to;
Researching new resolutions for addition to knowledge base;
Managing contacts with customers to required quality standard;
Providing coaching and feedback to Customer Support Representatives.
For one of our clients, one of the biggest players in the gaming industry, we are looking for a Customer Support Agent.
Fluency in English;
Previous technical support experience required;
Experience of handling customer complaints and escalations preferred;
Supervisory or management experience would be beneficial;
Good knowledge of client’s range of products;
Excellent communication and time management skills;
Ability to work with minimum supervision and under pressure;
Highly motivated.
