Managing & updating settings/parameters/online connection for Mood Media players using a customized interface.
• Excellent English -verbal and written- skills required
• Have a basic understanding of the network configuration (IP, Mask, Gateway, DNS, Port No.)
• Working knowledge of networking technologies
• Very good computer skills, knowledge of MS Office applications
• Ability to communicate, both orally and in writing technical terminology into terms understandable to non-technical colleagues
• Work cooperatively with team members
• Detail-oriented
