RESPONSABILITATI

- To deliver frontline, phone, e-mail customer services to internal and external customers per agreed standards. Pro-actively cross-sell British Council services to enquirers;
- To deliver library operations ie loans and returns, reservations, renewals, consultancy and reference services, use of virtual library, communication to customers at defined quality standards;
- To collect feedback from customers and act upon it;
- To deliver registrations for Library, Exams and English courses and proactively cross selling all relevant British Council services which the customer may be interested in;
- To receive and handle British Council revenue in cash or by card. To ensure the confidentiality and safety of documents and transactions.


CERINTE

Strong verbal and written communication competencies
-Customer orientation
-Strong interpersonal skills
-Accuracy and details orientation
-Ability to influence and to negotiate with third parties
-Ability to work with different departments
-Proficiency in English
-Computer proficiency required: including Ms Office, SAP
