- Coordinate and supervise the customer service department
- Coordinate administrative activities
- Manage basic accountancy and banking relationship
- Follow the orders for materials between sales representatives and factory
- Inform the clients about deliveries, invoices, complaints, delays
- Participate in marketing activities (mail shot, exhibitions, telephone sales, data base filling)
- Draw-up documents (reports, contracts, offers, invoices, quality certificates etc.)
- Answer promptly to client requests / questions regarding different aspects of services / company products
- University degree
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position
- Very good planning, organizing and controlling skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- People management skills
- Results and solutions oriented
- Good knowledge of English and PC skills
