RESPONSABILITATI

-The offer management per se (creating the configurations, the quotes, publishing the catalogues on line worldwide, managing the Demo units)
-Manage end-to-end Global Sales and Global Costumers relationship
-The global coordination of the catalogue publication across regions
-Managing the clients' accounts (indirect)
-Customer support
-Uses internal tools to check account status
-Inform customers about deviations
-Take appropriate action in case of deviation


CERINTE

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Previous customer facing / support experience (at least 2 years)
-Strong customer care/facing skills
-Proactive service and ownership attitude
-Business acumen
-Ability to work across countries and regions and to manage virtual teams
-Team player
-Analytical skills
-Strong planning and organizational skills
-Understanding of HP Global capabilities
-Influencing skills / dealing with frustrated and difficult people
-Strong knowledge of English and MS Office are a must
