RESPONSABILITATI

• Providing back-office support for solving requests received from customers in CitiPhone;
• Letters processing, faxing, mailing, scanning, e-mailing as per customer request;
• Statements re-delivery; contract copies re-send;
• Handling return statements;
• Sending SMSs to customers for different reasons;
• Privileges confirmations;
• Schedule input as per Team Leaders request; keep in touch with eWFM team;
• Outbound calls for customers (returned statement, complaint and requests resolution, verifications, fraud alerts);
• Archiving activities; documentation request from archive;
• Monthly/weekly reports delivery;
• Opportunities identification for process improvement(re-engineering), test and implement new initiatives;
• Other related activities as per Team Leaders/CitiPhone Head request.


CERINTE

- Experience & Qualifications:
• Minimum one year retail financial services experience;
• Customer service activities would be a plus;
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Economics.
