RESPONSABILITATI

• High responsibility for Team success by monitoring individual and Team performance and activity objectives and targets whilst ensuring client policies and procedures are adhered to.
• Weekly/monthly figures and reports on team results
• Hold weekly meetings; discuss task delegation and review issues
• In conjunction with service Manager set targets and objectives
• Assist in the interview and recruitment/retention of team members
• Supervisioning of training /retraining needs in according with Service manager and second level groups


CERINTE

Fluency in Italian and English
• Minimum 3 year of experience in Call Center or Help Desk
• Advanced planning and reporting capabilities
• Advanced coordination capabilities
• Advanced usage of PC, internet explorer, Outlook, Microsoft Office
• Customer service orientation
• Verbal and written communication skills
