RESPONSABILITATI

• Lead the creation of the a solution for potential business opportunities from customers
• Should be able to discuss with BD/GRMs/GOLs and Sales team and identify opportunities to increase Genpact’s account penetration leveraging Practice
• Make customer presentations
• Mange cross functional teams engaged in the solution cycle like process SMEs, IT, Transition others
• Clearly articulate Genpact value proposition, Create pricing strategies etc..
• Manage creation of RFP response creation, customer presentations to highlight Genpact value proposition for the solution process
• Develop client proposals clearly articulating the overall value proposition and benefits to be delivered
• Perform detailed assessments when required including process mapping, q&a, metric gathering and data analysis
• Support the overall build and refinement of the mortgage practice – developing schema was new industry verticals, refinement of schema and benchmarks, insights etc.
• Regular industry tracking for developments (opportunity or alert) by account(s) &/or market(s)
• Support contract negotiation, creation of a masters service agreement, statement of work etc
• Strategic market assessments (Go-to Market Studies, Account Planning research, Mining Research etc.)
• Liaison with operations to create sales collateral
• Experience in working fast paced & tight timeline environment
• Analytical Bent of mind
• Experience of working on Technology products is desirable
• Assist in preparation / refinement of Common minimum practices
• Implementation of practices in different accounts across poles
• Regular monitoring, follow ups and proactive assessments to ensure existence of necessary controls in operations
• Assessment of maturity of a process and solutions for making them more effective
• Identification of best practices and help replicating such practices in other accounts
• Periodically refining the practices to keep them relevant and contemporary
• Identifying growth opportunities and process improvement areas in existing operations
• Partner with operating teams to provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) support for resolution of issues and pitching for new projects as and when required


CERINTE

• Must have strong operations experience in B2B/B2C customer service domain, expert in at least a couple of sub-processes
• Must have strong exposure to commercialization and selling activities
• Strong client interfacing skills
• GB / BB who has done projects in customer servicing with customer service experience would be desirable
• Must have excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills.
• Must be willing to travel if / as needed
