As part of the local Operations team, the Customer Service Specialist will be involved in controlling the efficiency and punctuality of the vendors providing customer service related activities. The position is responsible for the permanent and detailed communication with the vendor regarding daily ongoing tasks and the new projects to implement.
- To ensure that all the procedures regarding communication with the customers are correctly put in place and followed by the vendor, in what concerns:
o The correspondence with the customers, in-coming and out-going, by all means (letters, faxes, e-mail)
o The call center performance
o The processing of the payments and of the returns from the customers
- To maintain the archive of samples of CS documents, and to re-order the necessary stock of Customer Service materials upon need
- To sustain the activity of the … shop, providing all necessary information and support to the shop assistants
- To centralize information regarding sweepstakes planning, and to monitor the prizes dispatch to the winners
- To ensure the communication with the Bad Debt Collection company
- To provide standard and occasional reports and statistics on Customer Service performance
- University Degree, computer literacy in Windows (Word, Excel)
- Strong analytical skills, ability to learn quickly in-company IT systems
- Customer oriented personality, knowledge of the customer care principles
- Very good communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Romanian
- Good work organization, judgment abilities for priorities setting
- Flexible and pro-active attitude, looking for permanent learning and self improvement
