- act as a first point of contact for customers on daily operational matters: receive and process orders, organize deliveries, process clients request
- resolve operational issues that may arise from the end-to-end sales process (e.g., order status, returns, and deliveries, invoicing)
- collaborate with other functions from organization to resolve issues (e.g., sales teams, marketing) related to customer support
- optimise transports
- record details of sales & complaints
- manage ongoing promotional repackaging activities based procedure in place, monitor and communicate promo packs availability
- manage local POSM & Samples warehouse activity, receipt & distribution of samples and promo materials
- monthly and weekly reports regarding sales, customers and stock on hand
- university degree
- relevant work experience of minimum 3 years with more than 30 clients and 200 SKU s
- experience of minimum 3 year with orders and deliveries
- excellent knowledge of Excel
- fluent English knowledge
- knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- problem analysis and problem-solving skills
