RESPONSABILITATI

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist for our client, a multinational company, a power tool producer.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Caring for the sales development through the implementation “Order-to-cash” process (starting from the order, through his service; customer claim handling and execution);
• Cooperation and coordination of operational activities with other departments of the company in terms of customer orders (Sales & Marketing, Warehouse; Financial Controlling, Transport Company);
• Close cooperation with Plannist in terms of product availability;
• Building and maintaining good relationships with customers and taking care of them;
• Participation in regional calls with Operations Manager and Transport Company to discuss issues; reporting, new projects;
• Participation in projects / initiatives aimed at increasing the efficiency of the department (system upgrade & testing);
• Run Customer Service reports to Operations Manager.


CERINTE

• Bachelor or Master degree;
• Experience in working with SAP – would be a plus;
• Ability to work in a team, multi-tasking;
• Orientation for problem solving, proactive approach;
• Strong team player with very good communication skills (ease of making contact);
• Customer orientation (external and internal);
• Very good English knowledge (written and spoken).
