Adecco Permanent Placement is looking for its client, a multinational cosmetics company, for a Customer Service Responsible
CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSIBLE
JOB DESCRIPTION:
As the Customer Service Responsible you will be In charge of the company’s Client Service, with a double role : to improve the customer satisfaction indicators and to raise the company’s turn over.
* Organize Client Service by setting specific procedures for the call center ;
* Improve communication between Client Service and the call canter ;
* Adapt the procedures from headquarter to Romanian specificity and customer’s demands ;
* Perform regulary client satisfaction surveys to adapt responses according to customer demands ;
* Define objectives for the call center regarding sales and quality ;
* Training inside the call center regarding the company’s procedures and products ;
* Ensure the adequacy between the call center’s results and the contract;
* Inform the management of the activity;
* Enforce business decisions within the call center;
* Establish and improve the reports sent to the various services concerned.
* Previous experience on a similar position at least 3-4 years;
* Call center experience;
* Customer care/service experience;
* ERP knowledge;
* Advanced level of French is madatory;
* At least medium level of English;
* Technical and commercial skills;
* Pro- active, can do attitute.
