JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The job holder has the role to facilitate the on-line hotel reservations around the world, offering assistance by telephone or/and email as per customer requests. S/he has to handle our clients' calls/requests in a most effective and pleasant way, with high professionalism and to the very best of their professional abilities. This would involve initiating, acting on clients' behalf in the process of hotel reservation confirmation, by using different software applications, taking/making calls, writing emails, informing the customers according to the data in the system, keeping records of customer transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.


CERINTE

A SUCCESFUL CANDIDATE should meet the following job requirements:

a) Technical skills/experience background

Minimum 1 year experience on a similar position; hospitality/travel agency experience would represent a plus;
Fluent in minimum 2 foreign languages: English and French/ German/ Italian/ Spanish - any other language is a plus;
Computer literate: MS Office(World, Excell) and Internet; typing skills would represent a plus.

b) Social skills and competencies
