RESPONSABILITATI

Take in charge the calls, collect information applying check list;
• Classify requests and give initial support ;
• Research of required information using available resources, user guides and match complaints with Known Errors and Problems;
• Support in using application functionalities, identification of possible workaround
•Operates as a point of contact for issue/ticket resolution and customer escalations.
•Training/refresh on processes with the team.
•New joiner training/support.
•Update/maintain/create FAQ’s & other additional updates for the supporting documentation.
•Update/maintain/create e-mail templates.
•Actively participate to process improvement & team results improvement.
•Participate to the weekly calls as a back-up for the Focal Point if needed and cascade the info to the team.
•Perform Ticket Analysis if needed.
•Coordinates own work and may coordinate work of others (Task Allocation)
•May manage Schedule File
•Role model for the colleagues: behavior & professionalism.


CERINTE

Fluency in Italian and English
• Proficient in relevant computer applications (internet explorer, Outlook usage, Microsoft Office);
• Verbal and written communication skills;
• Listening skills;
• Problem solving and analysis;
• Customer service orientation.
•Good excel knowledge.
