Ensures process KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) are met for his/her area of competency
Communicates any service delivery issues, deviations or potential delays in achieving KPIs to the manager
Adheres and follows the Standard Operating Procedures specified for the process
Maintain relationships with internal and external customers / suppliers where appropriate
Be a trustworthy member of the team and must treat all data as confidential and sensitive
Takes ownership of allocated process and ensures all process deadlines are met
