RESPONSABILITATI

- Working hours: 15:00 - 24:00, Monday to Friday.
- Resolve or refer both financial and non-financial issues that may delay invoice payment.
- Communicate to cash forecasting team cash payment issues identified through non-strategic/non-key account and other customer contacts according to defined parameters.
- Respond to requests from legal, internal/external audit or business units, assisting with management response and resolution for in scope areas of responsibility.
Resolve caller issue on-line or raise a ticket in service centre.
Document a thorough description of the issue into problem logging tool.
Assign problem severity level.
Refer non-financial queries by ticket for escalation.


CERINTE

Proficient in French and English,
Computer literate,
Good communication skills,
Good knowledge of MS Office and/or Oracle applications.
