RESPONSABILITATI

General Purpose
The overall responsibility of the position of a Customer Service Representative, will be to receive customer calls, handle emails, ensure consistent productivity and quality of service, maintain customer satisfaction and ensures that all tickets are logged and assigned accordingly, to analyze and answer general questions regarding sales quotes and billing statements.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

- Deal directly with customers either by telephone, or electronically
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
- Perform customer verifications
- Process orders, forms, applications and requests
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
- Manage customers' accounts
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
- Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
- Record details of actions taken
- Manage administration
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- Follow up on customer interaction


CERINTE

- Secondary school education
- English is a MUST (both written and spoken)
- Fluent in one of the following languages: Spanish language (spoken) or French language (spoken), or Russian language (spoken)
- Problem solver
- Experiences with customer care is a big advantage
- Ability to multi task and assign priorities on workload
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Strong team player with commitment and a positive attitude
- Good listening skills, and the ability to think quickly, to make a recommendation or propose a solution to a customer's problem.
