To support the fast business growth, our client is looking for an excellent candidate for detergents and cosmetics division in the position Customer Service Representative.
Main responsibilities:
- Keeping a close contact with clients and offering them information and reports on: orders, deliveries, products availability on stock and debts;
- Processing orders;
- Keeping close relation with other departments in connection with invoicing procedures;
- Prepares replies to various service inquires using standardized formats;
- Tracing the credit limits;
- Weekly / monthly reports.
- Medium or Superior studies;
- Min 1-2 years in Customer Service or in a related service;
- English Language knowledge;
- PC knowledge;
- Product knowledge;
- Customer oriented person;
- Organized person, detail-oriented;
- Good communication skills;
- Ability to work with figures;
- Ability to handle emergencies.
