RESPONSABILITATI

- Perform customer order entry in dedicated software, prepare daily overview of customer activity;
- Maintain permanent contact with clients together with the Customer Service Manager;
-Provide excellent customer care in line with company policy;
-Respond promptly, efficiently and in a professional manner to customers¿ problems via e-mail, phone or fax; providing a solution/answer;
-Maintaining department¿s quality throught identification of the custumers¿ issue;
-Educate customers about how to use our products and services;
-Work closely with the Customer Service Manager to ensure timely resolution of problems;
-Check daily orders closed by warehouse;
- Prepare different reports and statistics;
- Work in a multitasking environment, do other tasks when required in order to balance workload

Reports to: Customer Service Manger
Liases with: Account Management,Operations, Finance


CERINTE

-Very good written and spoken English;
-Computer literate;
-Excellent telephone manners, polite, patient, good listening skills;
-Ability to work both as a team member or individually;
-Serious, ambitious, open-minded;
-Ability to cover flexible schedule.
