RESPONSABILITATI

• Responsible for account management and clients retention;
• Responsible for offering and selling to new clients;
• Responsible for achieving the targeted results – clients retention rates and new sales;
• To be able to effectively work with the customers database, input and extract clients’ data; extensive daily work with the database of clients is required;
• To contact customers and update them on new product promotions;
• To promptly respond to client inquiries to make sure issues/concerns are resolved;
• Permanently learn about new products features;


CERINTE

• University degree; legal background is an advantage;
• Work experience of 1-2 years in Customer Service or Sales is an advantage;
• Familiar with Windows applications; ability and willingness to work with the customer management computer application;
• English language knowledge;
• Very good interpersonal and communication skills, professional attitude, strong persuasiveness;
• Ability to handle clients objections;
• Strong customer orientation and motivation for customer service, an outgoing, responsive nature;
• Punctuality, good time management, follow-up and organizational skills;
• Highly motivated, energetic and able to thrive in a fast paced environment;
• Driving license B category is an advantage;
