RESPONSABILITATI

The Customer Service Representative will report directly to the Sales Operations Manager.

- Processing customer orders in SAP system;
- Allocating quantities for the orders received according to stock availability and customer prioritization;
- Setting up in the system price issues related to promotions;
- Responsible for issuing the invoices and the goods delivering documents;
- Realizing activity reports;
- Communicating at a very good level with the clients and with the sales & accounting departments in order to ensure in due time payments;


CERINTE

- University graduate;
- 1 year experience in a similar position (invoicing, logistics, transactions);
- PC literate (MS Office);
- SAP Knowledge is an advantage;
- Good English knowledge;
- Very good communication skills.
