RESPONSABILITATI

- Confer with customers by telephone in person in order to provide information about products and services or to obtain details of complaints.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
- Solve customers' service or billing complaints by performing activities such as refunding money and adjusting bills.
- Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.
- Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments.
- Determine charges for services requested, collect deposits or payments, or arrange for billing.
- Complete contract forms, prepare change of address records, and issue service discontinuance orders, using computers.
- Solicit sale of new or additional services or products.

Fondata in 1998 prin achizitionarea de catre Euroweb International a Diviziei Internet Rokura Sumitcom si a societatii private Mediator, Euroweb Romania S.A. este initiatorul unuia dintre primele servicii comerciale de acces la Internet din Romania - reteaua Starnets (1993). Deschizator de drumuri in industria telecomunicatiilor din Romania, Euroweb Romania este membru fondator al A.N.I.S.P. (Asociatia Nationala a Internet Service Provider-ilor) si initiator al proiectului RoNIX (Romanian Network for Internet eXchange).

Compania si-a focalizat activitatea pe furnizarea de solutii de comunicatii IP si Internet destinate segmentului de afaceri, precum si pe integrarea strategica a serviciilor complementare acestora, ca de exemplu VoIP si video-telefonie.
