RESPONSABILITATI

- Centralizes all customer service related issues reported by the BitDefender customers and users;
- Supplies the customer service support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on a shift-based schedule created by the immediate superior;
- Escalates requests that exceed own competencies based on the customer service model;


CERINTE

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fast-learner, agile, dynamic, energetic and customer service-driven;
- Fluency in English;
- Work both independently and as part of a team, and have a flexible approach to your work;
- Initiative & Proactivity;
- Possess strong personal organizational skills.
