RESPONSABILITATI

The Customer Service Representative has to be able to deal with customer situations in a calm, controlled and professional manner. He has to ensure satisfaction in every step of problem resolution, being required to track detailed information about each customer's need. The Customer Service Representative asses the problem and, using established procedures, determines the best and the most prompt response, adding any necessary comments to the database.


CERINTE

- Proficiency in English is the main criteria and Spanish knowledge is a plus
- Stress resistance and work disponibilities including evenings, weekends and NIGHTS
- Very good communication skills and customer-oriented attitude
- Well-organization with attention to detail
- Basic computer knowledge is a must
- Ability and desire to work in a team environment
- Good listening, verbal, interpersonal and typing skills
