CERINTE

- Very good English speaker

- Excellent telephone manner/sound knowledge of telephone etiquette

- Ability to maintain enthusiasm and a high level of motivation while on the telephone

- Good verbal and written communication skills – fast and correct typing, ability to create grammatically correct responses without any spelling errors
- Minim 2 years experience as call center agent
