RESPONSABILITATI

Our client is a prestigious TV broadcast company based in Bucharest. The position involves:
- Design and overall coordination of the customer service department (policies, objectives, initiatives)
- Planning the department activities and evaluation of their impact on customer satisfaction.
- Responsibility towards the success of the Planned Order System
- Tracking customer service performance activities with regards to the improvement opportunities
- Interface with Finance and Information Systems
- Responsibilities for drawing up sales and activation reports
- Supervision and coordination of disconnections
- Supervision of the billing process as well as the collections procedure
- Solving all customers compalints, reporting and controlling


CERINTE

- Univeristy graduate in Communication/Media
- Experience in TV/telecom will be an advantage
- Very strong customer orientation
- Strong personality, problem solving attitude
- Very good management and leadership skills
- Computer literacy
- Fluent in English/French
- B driving licence
