RESPONSABILITATI

Our client is a prestigious TV broadcast company based in Bucharest and operating within the digital television field.

The position involves:

- design and overall coordination of the customer service department (policies, objectives, initiatives);
- planning the department activities and evaluation of their impact on customer satisfaction;
- responsibility towards the success of the Planned Order System;
- tracking customer service performance activities with regards to the improvement opportunities;
- interface with the Finance and Information Systems;
- responsibilities for drawing up sales and activation reports;
- supervision and coordination of disconnections;
- supervision of the billing process as well as the collections procedure;
- solving all customers compalints, reporting and controlling.


CERINTE

- Univeristy graduate in Communication/Media;
- Experience in TV/telecom will be an advantage;
- Very strong customer orientation;
- Strong personality, problem solving attitude;
- Very good management and leadership skills;
- Computer literacy;
- Fluent in English/French;
- B driving licence.
