RESPONSABILITATI

¿ Responsible for project management of migration processes
¿ Project Planning ¿ estimating timelines, costs, resource requirements and execution
¿ Monitor project, take corrective actions if needed, report on project progress
¿ Manage all stages of the migration process
¿ Ensure seamless transfer of business processes from customer site to receiving site
¿ Responsible for assessing processes and recommending solution/potential for migration
¿ Manage relationship with customer
¿ Team management during transition


CERINTE

¿ University or college degree
¿ 5+ years of experience in Customer Service/ IT / shared service / Supply Chain Management/back office . Previous work experience with an outsourcing company is an important asset.
¿ Strong project management skills and experience
¿ Excellent communication and presentation skills
¿ Excellent knowledge of English, as well as French / Italian / Spanish / Dutch / German
¿ Relationship management skills
¿ Problem solving approach
¿ Should be open to extensive traveling
