RESPONSABILITATI

- The eligible candidate will work in 12/36 shifts maintaining a good communication with our company's clients by phone, fax, email or chat.
- She/He will also keep records and make reports with clients' activity.
- Main area of activity: e-commerce.


CERINTE

- Fluency in English is mandatory. Advanced English speaking and writing skills.
- A second international language (Spanish mostly) is considered as an advantage.
- Previous experience in e-commerce, telemarketing or customer service is considered a plus.
- Good knowledge of Internet Explorer, Outlook Express, MS Office.
- Chat skills - (fast) typing, familiarity with Instant Messaging programs.
- Able to work with deadlines.
