- perform basic PC/ printer setup and troubleshooting;
- perform installation and configuration servers on different platform and operating system;
- configure PCs with standard software/ hardware;
- provide on site support;
- assist with system moves and upgrade;
- Linux servers administration;
- Windows 2000/2003 administration;
- Excellent systems administration skills (Windows 2000/2003 servers);
- Strong Windows 2000/2003 network experience including WINS, DNS, DHCP and TCP/IP, understanding of large IT applications and infrastructure;
- Strong knowledge of IIS and Microsoft Active Directory environment;
Design and implementation of upgrades, security patches, etc.
- AIX server administration.
- Able to communicate in English and/or French;
- Ability to work well in a team environment
