At the beginning, you will be responsible for answering the phone calls, being supportive with clinets and candidates.
You will also be responsible for introducing Cvs in the data base, communicating with candidates, arranging interviews.
After a 1-year period, you have the chance to becaome an HR consultant within Lugera & Makler, an HR business class agency.
