- Respond of making, registration, verification and arhive of the documents regarding the incoming and outgoing of the goods
- Receive the orders from the clients
- Emit the fiscal documents and the avis according to the orders and also making the documents for export
- Verify every day the stock of the goods and emiting invoices of difference to the transporter
- Fill up every day the Sales Report
- Solve the problems regarding the differencies of price and quantity of the clients according to the documents
-Put up in sistem the comercials conditions according to our internal regulations
- Create the new clients in the sistem
- University degree in economic area is an advantage
- Minimum 2 years experience in operating the computer or primar accountancy in distributions/knowledges of SAP is an advantage
-English written and spoken
