• Offer support to customers who are calling us after Collection actions: sms, notifications sent, etc.
• Offer support to customers who are calling us for asking us credit information ( credit amount, due date, etc );
• Offer support to customers who are calling us for different campaigns: Eastern Campaigns, CRM campaigns, etc;
• Calculate into tracker Early Termination Amount for customers who are asking us this service;
• Communicate to our customers Billing recommendations: correct contract number (if customers knows it wrongly) or correct instalment value;
• Confirm faxes sent to us with customers and send them further ( to other involved departments ) for solving the request ( un-allocated payment must be sent to Billing for allocation );
• Solve requests given by CS Coordinator;
• Strong communication skills;
• Previous experience ( at least 6 months ) in call center;
• Outstanding interpersonal, facilitation and presentation skills
• High-level of energy and a can-do attitude
• Creativity
• Open-minded person
• Foreign languages: fluency in English would be an advantage
