RESPONSABILITATI

Overall purpose of the job :
ensure customers overall satisfaction regarding ESTIMA FINANCE services, providing them an efficient , professional, constant high quality and pro-active phone assistance

Main activities/tasks:
· Answer incoming calls for information, assistance or problem settlement regarding ESTIMA FINANCE services : changes, invoicing, miscellaneous according to department procedures and standards

· Participate at the completion of Customer Care overall indicators : service level, abandon rate, etc.

· Promote company’s image through attitude, knowledge, customer orientation and responsiveness to customer’s needs

· Supports colleagues

· Communicate with other company's department. according to departmental procedures for settlement of specific situations

· Keep up to date with all changes regarding services, procedures, offers, etc.

· Record essential points of conversation into databases, ensuring a complete track of customers interactions with Customer Service Department

· Requests assistance from Team-Leader for critical issues

· Performing supplementary tasks assigned by Team- Leader


CERINTE

Special requirements (tools and equipment used, etc):
Constant customer oriented attitude
Communication skills ( pleasant and clear voice, active listening, etc. )
Telephone skills
PC knowledge ( at least Windows & MS Office )
Fluency in English is a plus
Available to work in shifts, according department schedule ( 6 days / week , 09 – 20 )
Education, qualifications and special training:
High school education completed is a must; university degree education is a plus
Previous work experience in position related to customers is desirable
