Responsibilities:
- Ensuring, through specific means, that all requested volumes are delivered to clients in due time;
- Cooperating with the Sales Force in order to obtain the estimated sales volumes and transmitting them to the Demand&Planning Coordinator;
- Revising the sales forecast with the Commercial Director and sending new results to Demand & Planning, in order to ensure needed stocks;
- Closely monitoring and centralizing all credit notes issued;
- Offering support to the Commercial Director in finding and implementing the most efficient order collection system from distributors;
- Defining the operational KPI’ s against customer expectations;
- Developing plans for the sales process improvement;
- Managing and developing the direct reporting staff;
- Initiating and ensuring an annual Customer Satisfaction Survey for key clients;
- Issuing Job Descriptions for all subordinates and finding solutions to optimize their activity;
- Liaising with other functional managers and informing them about operational objectives, purposes and achievements.
For one of our clients, one of the world leaders in the production of food processors and edible oils, we are looking for a CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER.
- University graduate;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service or in a related field;
- Fluency in English;
- Extensive PC usage skills;
- Experience in small projects implementation;
- Experience in staff coordination or management would be a plus;
- Training experience related to communication and team-work;
- Attention to details and analytical skills;
- Ability to plan, organize and prioritize.
