For one of our clients a multinational company active in the FMCG field, we are looking for a Customer Service Manager.
Responsibilities:
Developing processes to identify customer problems and resolve them expeditiously and efficiently;
Solving customer complaints within the standard agreed timeframe;
Conveying the complaints to all staff, analyzing them and developing action plans to improve customers’ perceptions;
Optimizing the cost effectiveness of customer service by segment;
Conducting gap analyses between service expected by customers and services provided and implementing improvement measures;
Recruiting, managing and developing the customer service team;
Ensuring the training plan for the customer service team.
University degree;
Good PC skills ( MS Office, SAP, Microsoft Outlook);
Fluency in English language;
Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain;
Background in sales represents an advantage;
Excellent communication skills;
Creative, problem solving skills, attentive to detail.
