Customer Service Manager is the key element person in building and maintaining a strong connection with a client of edy Group: it is the connection with our client and the person who will coordinate the business unit in order to assure the delivery of EDY services.
Main responsibilities
- Acting as edy Group Account Manager for one of our customers
- Coordinate the team efforts for achieving edy group services delivering according to client’s needs and demands
- Coordinate the process of improvement and maintenance of the relationship with the client [communication, contractual terms, delivery numbers, client satisfaction KPI’s, etc.]
Ideal profile
Background
- Business related studies [Economics/ MBA preferred]
- Solid experience in a Customer Relationship role
- Experience in a dynamic company [ideally Transport/ Logistic/ Production] and previous commercial background [sales, contracting, purchasing, etc.]
- + 2 years experience in a team coordination role
- PC literate
- English at advanced level [Hungarian is a real advantage]
- Availability for geographical mobility [traveling, relocation]

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Leadership and good team coordinator [tasks and motivation]
