RESPONSABILITATI

The Customer Service Manager will report directly to the Marketing and Sales Department Manager. The role will include managing and coordinating all customer
support related issues and operational aspects and will involve close interface with all the departments of Adama together with close work with banks and suppliers of the company.


CERINTE

- Excellent English and computer skills is a must
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
- Customer-oriented person
- Ability to manage liaisons with different types and segments of customers and suppliers
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar role.
