RESPONSABILITATI

At designated customers, the Customer Team Logistics Manager is accountable for building P&G volume at the point of sale; speed to shelf, and optimizing the Supply Chain.

At designated customers, the Customer Team Logistics Manager is responsible for:
1. Developing relationships: internally with the Sales Team and externally with the customer's key decision-makers and information sources.
2. Assessing the customer: their logistics requirements, capabilities and emerging needs.
3. Creating Customer Business Plans: create and prioritize logistics plans, gain alignment, and implement the plans to deliver team results.
4. Selling of concepts and plans to the customer;
5. Improving and aligning inter-company processes;
6. Increasing organizational capacity: actively work across the Team, P&G and Customer Organizations to: achieve Team Effectiveness;
7. Implementing logistics tools: linking and optimizing the cost, reliability and responsiveness of the Supply Chain from P&G to the Point of Sale;
8. Implementing logistics initiatives: lead Logistics and Customer initiatives;
9. Quantifying the customer's logistics costs/savings and opportunities.


CERINTE

You are a graduate, demonstrated leadership, strong analytical capabilities and ability to deliver breakthrough results. Fluency in English. Already practical experience through internships/work placements are active in extracurricular activities are desirable.
