Principalele responsabilitati ale postului vor fi:
- verificarea continuitatii documentelor cu regim special, arhivarea administrarea si gestionarea documentelor cu regim special;
- verificarea datelor inscrise in documentele de vanzare;
- inregistrarea in SAP a documentelor si pregatirea instrumentelor de plata;
- administrarea cheluielilor si resurselor platformei, precum si administrarea contractelor locale;
- pregatirea rapoartelor specifice activitatii din platforma;
- preluarea comezilor facute de catre clientii Danone si introducerea lor in sistemul informatic.
Ce trebuie sa ai?
- experienta intr-o pozitie similara;
- disponibilitate pentru calatorii intre platformele de lucru – 80% din timpul de lucru;
- capacitate de relationare si comunicare;
- abilitati numerice si analitice;
- cunostinte de contabilitate primara;
- spirit organizatoric;
- atitudine pozitiva si initiativa.
