Skills and knowledge required:
- English language-advanced level;
- previous experience or studies in tourism (reservations or orpartions in the Travel/Hospitality industry) will be considered an asset;
- customer oriented approach;
- good usage of MS Office and Outlook;
- attention to details.
Key Activities:
- action of booking requests, cancellations and amendments;
- develop a good relationship with suppliers;
- monitor booking situation of services.
