RESPONSABILITATI

As a Customer Services Engineer for a major Enterprise Wireless solution provider, you will be involved in all support services provided by our department.
Your main tasks will be:

- Provision for our Customer Support database through existing specific processes and provide ideas for improvement
- Generate and provide status and integrity reports, as well as specific customer reports
- Prepare AutoCAD diagrams, representing customer sites, to be used in our Wireless Network Planning & Management solution
- Generate network plan maps based on the above diagrams, taking into account specific requirements from the customer / field
- Follow-up with our clients and partners, via phone or email, for any inquiries and feedback
- Ensure completion and quick delivery of all customer requested services
- Work with other departments within the project, to improve the quality of our professional services


CERINTE

Mandatory skills:
- Excellent overall computer skills
- Experience with Office suites (v.2007 a plus) as well as databases (MS SQL Server 2005 a plus)
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD (v.2008 a plus)
- Knowledge of basic accounting and marketing

Bonus skills:
- ASP.NET and Visual Basic programming experience
- Some networking and IT knowledge

Non-technical skills:
