RESPONSABILITATI

• To prepare, edit, manage and execute (follow up) internal and external contracts.
• To receive, verify and solve corrections/claims and coordinate them to person or department in charge ( Quality, Logistic, I.T.) in order to solve clients’ requests.
• Informing I.T. Department in due time about price changes, price exceptions for special orders.
• Verification of price annexes in system ( accuracy of records and validity periods).
• To analyze and report on payments and payment terms, and debts.
• To collect and centralize data about existing/potential clients and create a data base ( addresses, phone number, contact person, others).
• To take contact data from Logistic Department regarding shipping companies and drivers.
• To receive, process, introduce the orders into the system .
• To follow deliveries until receptions.
• Administration and dispatch of invoices to clients which delivery is made based on delivery note for goods.
• To prepare clients records.
• Propose and collect Customer Satisfaction Survey on request of Sales Department.
