RESPONSABILITATI

• Processing orders in SAP according to the schedule and the priorities
• Collaborate with the logistic provider
• Coordinate customer questions/complaints on deliveries, retrieve nature and cause of the problem, recommend/or undertake necessary actions
• Working in close collaboration with colleagues to ensure that service delivery to the customer is of the highest standard, giving support to colleagues
• Ensuring follow-up of all issues
• Various daily, weekly reports

• Good PC skills (good Excel knowledge)
